We are expanding our dealer and distributor network across India.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective dealers, distributors, system integrators, resellers, and corporate customers.
Introduce the company's products and services professionally.
Generate qualified sales leads for the sales team.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing dealers.
Follow up on quotations, product inquiries, and pending orders.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and dealership benefits.
Schedule online or physical product demonstrations.
Maintain daily call reports and update customer information in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and support teams.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries politely and escalate technical questions to the concerned department.
