Job Description:

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to handle reception and for calling. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls.

Responsibilities:

Attend incoming phone calls and respond politely

Greet and manage visitors at the office

Handle basic inquiries and provide information

Maintain basic records and appointment scheduling

Daily calling to generate leads

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi + English preferred)

Polite and professional behavior

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word / Excel)
