We are hiring Telecallers with experience in real estate calling for residential projects. The role involves lead calling, follow-ups, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team with qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential buyers and explain project details
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team
Follow up with warm leads until closure
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information

Requirements:

1–5 years of experience in real estate telecalling (residential preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle high-volume calling
Basic knowledge of CRM or Excel
Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused
