We are hiring Telecallers with experience in real estate calling for residential projects. The role involves lead calling, follow-ups, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team with qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers and explain project details

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups

• Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly

• Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team

• Follow up with warm leads until closure

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in real estate telecalling (residential preferred)

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to handle high-volume calling

• Basic knowledge of CRM or Excel

• Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
