Location: The Real Estate Hub, Ground Floor, G-12, Empire State Building,Near Udhna Darwaja, Ring Road, Surat-395002.
Reports to: Sales Manager/Team Leader
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our Real Estate sales team. As a Telecaller in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, introducing them to our real estate offerings, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and helping people find their dream homes or investment properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, property buyers, or investors to promote real estate properties.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from various sources, including online inquiries, referrals, and advertisements.
Property Presentation: Provide detailed information on real estate projects, including pricing, location, amenities, and investment potential.
Schedule Appointments: Set up property viewings and meetings with clients, and assist with the scheduling of site visits.
Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with leads and potential buyers to answer questions, provide additional information, and move the sale process forward.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring all communications and interactions are logged accurately.
Market Insights: Keep up to date with the latest property trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively communicate with clients.
Problem Resolution: Address any concerns or objections from potential clients and provide solutions that lead to sales closure.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: High school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the real estate sector, is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and friendly telephone manner.
Sales Skills: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively over the phone.
Target-Oriented: Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
Problem Solving: Ability to handle customer objections and concerns in a professional manner.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team, while also being self-driven and independent.
Attention to Detail: Ability to capture and document accurate client information and follow up diligently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Knowledge of real estate terminology, market trends, and property investment.
Multilingual skills :- Hindi, Gujarati, English.
