Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
Property Pitching: Explain property details, including location, amenities, pricing, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
Appointment Setting: Schedule site visits and face-to-face meetings between interested clients and the field sales team.
Database Management: Log all call outcomes, client feedback, and lead status accurately in the company’s CRM system.
Follow-Ups: Nurture leads by maintaining regular contact with prospects who are not yet ready to buy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any stream is preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (real estate sector preferred).
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi, English, and/or local regional languages.
Persuasion: Strong convincing power, objection-handling abilities, and a resilient, customer-focused attitude.
