Telecaller

A telecaller, also known as a telemarketer or sales representative, is a professional who interacts with customers over the phone to promote products, gather information, or provide customer service. They are the voice of the company, responsible for building relationships, resolving issues, and driving sales. Telecallers handle both outbound calls to potential customers and inbound calls for inquiries and support. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales:

  Making calls to potential customers to explain products or services, generate interest, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. 

• Inbound Support:

  Handling incoming calls from customers to address their inquiries, concerns, and complaints. 

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, both new and existing, through effective communication and follow-up. 

• Lead Generation and Qualification:

  Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone conversations. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Staying up-to-date on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers. 

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall team performance. 

• Record Keeping:

  Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including contact details, sales activities, and feedback. 

• Problem Solving:

  Addressing customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally.
