Job Description

• Generate Leads from various sources.

• Convert Leads into sales.

• Handling Requests & Complaints.

• Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Major Activities :  

• Cold Calling for new Leads

• Answering incoming calls or leads.

• Serve Existing customers by after sales support.

• Inform about new products/offers to existing customers

• Fix a prospective meeting with sales Team

• Monthly Report to Sales Manager.

• follow-up and outbound cold calls.

TECHNICAL SKILL : GOOD COMMUNICATION, EXCELL, 

PPT, EMAIL FORMATTING

• Domain Experience

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
