We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at R V Automobiles. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 + High Incentives and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers interested in used car loans.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Collect and verify customer information.
Follow up with customers for document collection and application status.
Maintain daily call logs and reports.
Meet daily and monthly targets.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
