Job Title: Telecaller – Used Car Loan Process

Location: Vikaspuri, New Delhi

Job Type: Full time

Salary: Rs. 13000/- to 18000/-

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers to join our team for the Used Car Loan process. The ideal candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining loan offerings, and assisting with loan application processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers interested in used car loans.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

• Collect and verify customer information.

• Follow up with customers for document collection and application status.

• Maintain daily call logs and reports.

• Meet daily and monthly targets.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: [10th/12th/Graduate]

• Proven experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Punjabi.

• Basic knowledge of financial products or loans is a plus.

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

• Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling systems is an advantage.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
