We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at RS Caterers. The role involves managing and updating customer information accurately, handling inbound and outbound calls, and supporting sales and service-related communication. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote catering services and generate bookings.
Handle inbound customer calls, provide accurate information, and resolve queries effectively.
Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and booking confirmations.
Maintain a database of customer information, inquiries, and feedback in an organized manner.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets set by the management.
Prepare call reports and summaries for internal tracking and performance review.
Ensure professionalism and maintain confidentiality in all customer interactions.
Support administrative and data entry tasks related to bookings and customer follow-ups.
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or any degree.
Experience Range: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling or customer service preferred).
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi knowledge is a plus).
Good listening and persuasive speaking abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
Shift Type: Day Shift (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
