Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at RS Caterers.
The role involves managing client calls, following up on leads, updating information accurately, and supporting sales & customer communication. This is a great opportunity for motivated candidates looking to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our catering services.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries politely and professionally.

• Verify customer details, update records, and ensure data accuracy.

• Follow up with clients on quotations, bookings, and pending payments.

• Maintain and organize digital records of customer communication.

• Generate daily/weekly call reports for management review.

• Support the sales and operations team with client coordination.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer data at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil & basic English.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.

• Computer knowledge (MS Excel / WhatsApp / Email handling).

• Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently.

• Open to work 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday).

• Shift Timing: Day Shift.

Salary & Benefits:

• In-Hand Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000(based on skills & experience).
