Job Responsibilitie
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally to customers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer conversion
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers
Required Skill
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Hindi and English communication skills
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Qualificatio
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduation preferred
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an advantage
