1. Outbound/Inbound Calls:

   • Make outbound calls to prospective clients or customers.

2. Product/Service Promotion:

   • Promote the company’s products or services to potential customers.

   • Provide detailed information to customers about features, benefits, and pricing.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

   • Address customer concerns or complaints and resolve them efficiently.

4. Sales Conversion:

   • Convert leads into sales through effective communication.

   • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

5. Data Entry and Reporting:

   • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including calls made, customer inquiries, and outcomes.

   • Update CRM systems with relevant customer details and interaction notes.

6. Lead Generation:

   • Identify potential leads for the sales team by qualifying prospects during calls.

   • Collect relevant data and pass on qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.

7. Follow-up and Feedback:

   • Conduct follow-up calls with existing customers to gauge satisfaction levels or offer additional services.

   • Gather customer feedback for product/service improvement.

8. Adherence to Scripts/Procedures:

   • Follow predefined call scripts while maintaining a polite and professional tone.
