Telecaller

We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team Q'Fleet Private Limited

. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers 15000and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential drivers using company-provided data

• Handle inbound calls from interested drivers professionally

• Explain Q FLEET plans, policies, and earnings structure clearly to drivers

• Assign at least 1 vehicle in a day to maintain 90% fleet on road

• Guide drivers through the onboarding and documentation process

• Coordinate with operations teams & onboarding teams for driver onboarding

• Update driver details accurately in the database/CRM on a daily basis

• Maintain call quality, accuracy, and compliance as per QA standards
  
  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0-2 Years. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to work 6 days during the Day shift.
