Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our telecom team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, promoting telecom products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about telecom products and services
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain and update customer databases regularly
Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Tamil & English; Hindi is an added advantage)
Basic knowledge of telecom products and services
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
