Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for property sales.

Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers.

Generate and qualify leads.

Schedule site visits for the sales team.

Follow up with interested clients regularly.

Maintain customer database and update CRM.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of real estate market.

Ability to handle objections.

Target-oriented mindset.

Basic computer & CRM knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT products/services.

Present and explain software, hardware, or IT solutions to clients.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Negotiate deals and close sales.

Maintain relationships with existing clients.

Coordinate with technical team for smooth project delivery.

Achieve sales targets.

Basic understanding of IT products (software, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).

Negotiation and closing skills.

Lead generation and follow-up ability.
