Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound calls. generating leads, providing information to customers, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Maintain records of calls, customer information, and feedback.

Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain good customer relationships.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Required Skills

Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate

Good communication skills Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
