We are looking for a TELECALLER to join our team PRODIGY EDUCLASSES.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to and counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person interactions during walk-ins.
Understand student profiles, career goals, and recommend suitable online degree programs.
Achieve enrolment targets through consultative and solution-oriented sales.
Provide accurate information about program offerings, admission procedures, and career outcomes.
Follow up with leads to drive conversions and minimize drop-offs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead quality and engagement.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the Edtech or higher education industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
