Telesales Telecaller

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, articulate, and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, pitching our products/services, closing sales, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction over the telephone.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases and scripts. [1, 2]

• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify opportunities, pitch company products/services, and convert leads into sales to meet/exceed daily and monthly targets. [1, 2]

• Inbound Query Resolution: Handle inbound calls, answer customer questions, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information regarding pricing and features. [1, 2]

• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by being polite, empathetic, and persuasive. [1, 2, 3, 4]

• Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer details, call logs, and feedback in our CRM/database systems. [1]

• Follow-ups: Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and execute timely follow-ups to close deals. [1]

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales/marketing certification is a plus.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or in a Customer Support role.

• Language Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills. Fluency in English and local regional languages (e.g., Hindi, English) is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, typing skills, and familiarity with CRM software/dialers.

• Soft Skills: Persuasive, resilient in handling rejection, patient, and highly target-driven.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
