✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for solar products

• Explain solar solutions, products, and benefits to interested leads

• Follow up with clients for meetings, site visits, and documentation

• Maintain a record of calls, feedback, and customer interactions in CRM

• Coordinate with the sales/field team for closing deals

🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field

• Prior experience as a telecaller or customer support role preferred (solar or similar industry is a plus)

• Excellent verbal communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English

• Ability to handle customer objections and queries confidently

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
