Telecaller / Telesales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and result oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. The role involves interacting with potential customers, explaining our hospitality products and services, generating sales leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and services.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
• Follow up with existing and prospective clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hospitality packages and membership plans.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets set by the management.
• Prepare reports related to calls, leads, and conversions for review purposes.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data at all times.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass / Higher qualifications can also apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and maintaining records.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Candidates must be comfortable working 6 days a week during the Day Shift.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
