Role & Responsibilities:

· Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote our products and services.

· Provide excellent customer service and support.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

· Conversions of leads.

· Assist sales coordinators whenever needed

· Manage customer grievance

Requirements:

· 1 to 4 years of experience in Tele calling or sales.

· Fluency in English (both spoken and written).

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Goal-oriented and target-driven.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
