Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make inbound or outbound calls to potential donors from the provided database
Explain the organization’s mission, projects, and donation purpose clearly
Persuade donors to contribute towards social causes
Handle donor queries politely and professionally
Maintain accurate records of calls and donations
Follow up with interested donors for confirmations
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly donation targets

Candidate Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi & English (additional languages are a plus)
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle rejection positively
Experience in telesales, fundraising, or customer support is preferred
