Support Associate/ Enrolment Counsellor
Job Description:-
Make outbound calls to prospective students and professionals interested in upskilling their portal knowledge.
Reference calling and generate references.
Making good rapport with the students and receive all the incoming calls.
Maintain and work over the inhouse CRM for each updation of every student.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Required Job Skills:-
1) Good Communication & Convincing
2) Maintain Follow-up Sheet & Track Prospect on Daily Basis.
3) Hands on Knowledge of Excel & Google sheet
