Job Description

We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our company Positive Energy Solutions. The job role would primarily be,

A. To generate leads or close sales, depending on the goal of the company.

B. To create and maintain paperwork or documentation based on the tele calling conversation.

C. Check-in with existing Customers for service reminder calls and find potential customers through tele calling work.

D. Handle portal-CRM related work for assigning work to field service technicians.

E. Generate and maintain reports - on job training will be provided.
