Core Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries received through calls, digital ads, and online campaigns.

• Educate potential customers about Plyneer’s products (Plywood, Laminates, MDF, Veneers) and recommend suitable options based on their needs.

• Capture and update customer details, inquiries, and interactions in Zoho CRM.

• Guide customers to visit Plyneer’s Head Office, Warehouse, or IBO outlets for a closer product experience.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and seamless customer service.

• Maintain positive customer relationships to build trust, repeat visits, and referrals.

• Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotions to maximize the impact of leads.

• Act as a brand representative, ensuring professionalism and consistency in every customer interaction.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
