We are looking for a smart, confident, and enthusiastic Telecaller who can communicate effectively with students, parents, and prospects over the phone.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or counselling (education industry preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, polite, and good at convincing and handling queries.
Ability to work under targets and maintain professionalism on calls.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, Email, WhatsApp Business).
Positive attitude, punctual, and student-focused approach.
Minimum HSC / Graduate qualification
Key Responsibilities:
Call Management: Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming inquiries.
Lead Conversion: Explain course details, fees, career scope, and other information to convert leads into walk-ins and admissions.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Database Management: Record all inquiries, leads, and call details accurately in CRM or Excel.
Appointment Scheduling: Fix appointments for counseling sessions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Team Support: Coordinate with the admission team to ensure smooth communication and conversion.
Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly lead conversion and follow-up targets.
