We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Junior Admission Counselor responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding prospective students, and assisting them through the admission process.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to convince and handle objections

• Comfortable with cold calling

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students

• Handle inbound inquiries related to admissions

• Counsel students and guide them to suitable programs
