Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller for lead generation and client coordination for our salon/permanent makeup academy. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into appointments and enrollments.

Job Responsibilities

Call potential clients and respond to inquiries from social media, WhatsApp, and ads
Generate leads for salon services, permanent makeup courses, and trainings
Explain services, courses, pricing, and offers professionally
Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication
Schedule appointments, consultations, and demo sessions
Maintain customer database and daily calling records
Convert leads into bookings and course enrollments
Coordinate with salon staff and management regarding appointments
