Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls using company-provided data.

  • Present and pitch company products/services professionally.

  • Generate and schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Team.

  • Perform structured follow-ups to maximize lead conversions.

  • Maintain accurate daily call reports and update CRM/MIS systems.

  • Coordinate and forward confirmed meetings to the next process/team.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 6 Months experience in Inside Sales / Telesales.

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

  • Strong target orientation with self-driven attitude.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM/MIS reporting systems preferred
