Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote insurance products and services.
Explain insurance plans, coverage, benefits, terms, and premium details clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance products in accordance with company guidelines.
Generate leads, follow up with interested customers, and support the conversion of leads into sales.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information about insurance products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, sales, and conversion targets.
Maintain call records, customer information, and follow-up details in the designated system.
Ensure compliance with company policies, approved calling scripts, customer consent requirements, and applicable insurance regulations.
Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
Meet defined productivity, quality, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
