Job Title: Tele caller

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Languages Required: Telugu, English, Hindi

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.

• Explain company services/products clearly and effectively.

• Fix appointments with the Manager for client meetings.

• Maintain records of calls and update client details in the system.

• Follow up with clients to ensure meetings are scheduled and confirmed.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and appointment targets.

• Provide excellent customer service by handling queries politely.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).

• Professional and confident telephone manner.
