Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell loan products including Business Loans (BL), Personal Loans (PL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer financial needs, explaining suitable loan products, and closing sales over calls while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective customers to promote loan products (BL, PL, HL, LAP).
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and repayment options clearly.
Follow up on leads, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and ensure timely closure of cases.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
