Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details.

• Handle incoming inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.

• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).

• Follow up regularly with leads for conversions.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project information.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead generation goals.

• Share daily calling reports with the team.

Requirements

• Education: PUC/Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: 2+ years (Real Estate telecalling experience preferred).

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.

• Strong convincing skills and customer handling ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
