We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Athena BPO Private Limited company. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹17,000 - ₹23,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Call Management: Handling both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
2.Customer Interaction: Using communication skills to understand customer needs, answer questions, provide product information, and resolve queries or complaints.
3.Sales & Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients, promoting products/services (e.g., banking or loan products), qualifying leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.
4.Data Management: Accurately logging all call details, updating customer information in CRM software, and maintaining detailed records.
5.Administrative Support: Performing various administrative tasks and generating reports/summaries to assist internal teams.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6 months of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
