Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls related to automobile insurance. The role involves explaining insurance policies, renewal reminders, follow-ups, and ensuring excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for insurance policy renewals (Motor/Two-wheeler/Car insurance).
Handle inbound queries related to insurance products and services.
Explain insurance coverage, premium details, and benefits clearly to customers.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Follow up with clients for premium payments and timely renewals.
Coordinate with the sales and service team to ensure smooth policy issuance.
