Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers, explain products or services, and generate sales leads. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to persuade customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Maintain a record of customer interactions and update the CRM or database.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Education
Minimum: 12th Pass
Experience
0–6+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
