Telecaller

We are hiring Telecallers to make outbound calls, interact with customers, and update information accurately in our systems. This is an entry-level role with training provided.

Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹25,000 (based on last drawn salary)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/leads.

• Communicate clearly to collect or verify required information.

• Update customer details accurately in company systems.

• Follow call scripts and company guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams when needed.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th pass.

• Experience: 0 – 6 months (freshers can apply).

• Basic communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

• Basic knowledge of mobile/computer usage is a plus.
