Job Description

We are hiring Telecallers to make outbound calls, interact with customers, and update information accurately in our systems. This is an entry-level role with training provided.

Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹25,000 (based on last drawn salary)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers/leads.
Communicate clearly to collect or verify required information.
Update customer details accurately in company systems.
Follow call scripts and company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams when needed.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Below 10th pass.
Experience: 0 – 6 months (freshers can apply).
Basic communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Basic knowledge of mobile/computer usage is a plus.
