Job Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with parents and teachers over phone calls and messages.
Understand parents' tuition requirements and explain the available services.
Collect and accurately record details of parents, students, and teachers.
Enter and update all relevant information in the company's software.
Coordinate between parents and teachers to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Maintain proper records and follow up on tuition requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Good interpersonal skills and a polite, professional telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work with software and data entry systems.
Attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
Candidates who have studied under the CBSE or ICSE board will be preferred.
Initial Assessment / Notice Period
There will be an initial one-week assessment period during which the candidate's communication skills, computer proficiency, learning ability, and overall work performance will be evaluated. Continuation of employment will depend on satisfactory performance during this period.
