Telesales Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Parallel Matrix Management Services. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and generate sales opportunities.
  • Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and related financial products.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products based on eligibility and needs.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and maintain accurate customer and lead information.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide clear information about the sales process.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong conversion focus while delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and further processing of leads.
  • Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, persuasive, and comfortable working in a target-based environment. Should be able to communicate effectively with customers, build trust over the phone, and consistently follow up to achieve sales results.
