Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and converting leads into sales or appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

• Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries.

• Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information.

• Follow up on potential leads and maintain regular communication.

• Record customer details, feedback, and conversation outcomes accurately.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.

• Good communication skills

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Good listening and convincing skills.
