• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Handle inbound calls from existing customers and resolve queries.

• Explain products or services to prospects and influence them to purchase or sign up.

• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

• Follow up on leads generated through various sources.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Provide accurate and complete information to customers.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
