  Key Responsibilities

• Independent Lead Generation: Source and generate qualified B2C leads independently through networking, references, social media, and local channels (no preset database provided).

• Outbound Sales & Counseling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to present Health, General, and Life Insurance products as well as Mutual Funds.

• Client Engagement & Conversion: Understand customer needs, explain product features, handle objections, and convert leads into active clients.

• Cross-Selling & Follow-Ups: Cross-sell financial products to existing clients and maintain consistent follow-ups for renewals and new business.

• Target Achievement: Maintain accurate call logs and achieve set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Any Graduation (Mandatory).

• Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling/sales (preferably within Insurance or Financial Services).

• Language Skills: Fluent communication skills in English and Tamil.

• Preferred Age: 22–30 years.

• Location: Must be based in Chennai and willing to work on-site from the Adyar office.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
