We are hiring Telecallers for our Ahmedabad office. This is a full-time, office-based role suitable for freshers and experienced candidates looking to grow in the field of sales and communication.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from a given database
Clearly explain the product or service being offered
Handle customer queries politely and efficiently
Maintain call records and follow up with interested leads
Achieve daily and monthly calling or conversion targets

Requirements:

Minimum 10th or 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus)
Basic knowledge of smartphones or computers
Confident, polite, and goal-oriented
