Telecaller

We are hiring Telecallers for our Ahmedabad office. This is a full-time, office-based role suitable for freshers and experienced candidates looking to grow in the field of sales and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from a given database

• Clearly explain the product or service being offered

• Handle customer queries politely and efficiently

• Maintain call records and follow up with interested leads

• Achieve daily and monthly calling or conversion targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

• Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus)

• Basic knowledge of smartphones or computers

• Confident, polite, and goal-oriented

• Freshers can apply; training will be provided
