Location: Tilak Nagar Metro, New Delhi (Work From Office Only)

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month (Depends on Interview & Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers/candidates
Handle inbound calls and resolve queries effectively
Explain company services/products clearly to clients
Generate leads and maintain accurate call records
Follow up with interested prospects for conversion
Achieve daily and weekly calling targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Update and manage data in CRM / Excel sheets

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude with confidence
