Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explainour products and offers.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product details.

• Generate leads and schedule meeting for the sales team.

• Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM/software.

• Follow up with leads regularly until conversion.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure smooth customer handover.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.

• Share feedback from customers with management for process improvement.

• Use basic software like MS Excel, Word, or email clients to manage daily tasks

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, typing, CRM software)

• Data entry speed and accuracy

• Multitasking and time management

• Problem-solving attitude and customer focus

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in any stream

• Prior telecalling or data entry experience (preferred)

• Excellent communication skills in [local language, Hindi & English].

• Good convincing and negotiation ability.

• Typing skills (usually 25–35 WPM or higher)

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
