Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining our services/products, and maintaining customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services/products.

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.

• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

• Work closely with the sales/operations team for lead conversion.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
