  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers as per the given database

  • Explain company products/services clearly and effectively

  • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries

  • Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales/appointments

  • Maintain call records and update customer information accurately

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

  • Coordinate with the sales team for closures, if required
