### About the Role
We are looking for a confident and polite **Female Telecalling Executive** to connect with potential customers and explain our business registration services.

### Responsibilities
* Call prospective customers from the provided data.
* Explain our services professionally.
* Generate genuine leads and follow up with interested clients.
* Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure.
* Maintain daily call and lead records.
### Requirements
* Female candidate preferred.
* Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and smartphones/computers.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but **freshers can also apply**.
### Salary & Incentives
* **Fixed Salary:** ₹5,000–₹8,000 per month (depending on experience)
* **Performance Incentive:** ₹100–₹200 for every successfully converted lead.
* Monthly performance bonus for excellent results (if applicable).
### Location
As per company requirement (Remote/Work From Office).
